Fees.

Being charged with a criminal offence is a difficult and stressful situation.

We are clear in relation to our fees to ensure the costs of defending your matter do not add to the inherent stress caused by the Court process.

We offer fixed fees for all matters that will be finalised in the Local Court. This includes bail applications, contested matters, sentencing hearings and section 14 mental health applications.

For other matters, we will provide a fee estimate based on the amount of work to be performed in your matter.

Liberato maintains a commitment to providing representation to vulnerable members of the community and considers requests to act under a grant of Legal Aid and assignments from the Aboriginal Legal Service (NSW/ACT) on a case-by-case basis.
